Happy Holidays from mindyourmind | mindyourmind.ca

mindyourmind wishes you a safe and happy holiday season!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our volunteers, content contributors and young people that visit our site and contribute to our program.  We are grateful to you all for continuing the important conversations around mental health and participating in the various ways that you do.

We are also thankful for our community partners, supporters and followers, who have all contributed to the mindyourmind program in various capacities – school boards, Universities, and other mental health organizations who are providing much-needed services to youth and young adults.  We have had the pleasure to work with some amazing like-minded organizations and co-created many new, innovative resources for young people. If you want to see more of what we developed this year, you can see our resources in the Printouts Section and contact us at info@mindyourmind.ca if you would like to receive a copy.
