In an effort to be a welcoming entry point to child and youth mental health support in Ontario, One Stop Talk is a free service for youth across the province up to age 17. By reaching out through their online chat or by phoning in, youth can be connected with a registered therapist for a one-hour session. If more help is needed beyond that hour, One Stop Talk can connect you with one of their navigators who will help you get in touch with a service that can provide more support.
