Support Counselling

Mental health is a measurement of a person’s psychological, social, and emotional well-being. It affects the way people think, feel and act. Poor mental health may lead to mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression, but it may also affect physical health. People of every age can improve or maintain good mental health. Managing daily stressors effectively can help individuals to main good mental health condition. We provide individual counselling sessions on stress management and improving mental health status and thus to improve overall quality of life.

This program meets court requirements, or can be taken for personal growth. Worksheets are provided to understand and manage stress in an effective way.

Our Therapy Philosophy

The Anger Management Program consists of eight to ten (8-10) individual counselling sessions.  Each session is approximately 45 minutes to about 1 hour in length and the duration of the program is usually between 1 to 2 months. The program can also be completed within a shorter period of time.
