Support Counselling Canada
We provide support to individuals and families by providing a wide range of services. Counselling is available for those who are struggling with their mental wellbeing; we provide parenting sessions including anger management, stress management, individual and family sessions.
We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every case and tailor our support according to individual needs and concerns. We also offer in-person counselling services and online or telephone counselling services if individuals prefer not to meet in person, live in areas not close to our office, are busy or are unable to travel to an appointment in case of illness or an outbreak.

I am a registered Social Worker with 25 years of experience in the field and my background consists of mental health and addictions, domestic violence, anger management counselling, management and supervision. I also facilitate psycho-education groups on domestic violence, addictions and family support. My work also extends to building awareness and capacity in the community around such issues. I practice from the Integrated Holistic Service Delivery Model and utilize Cognitive-Behaviour therapy as well as Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused therapy.
In my 10 years’ experience at Red Cross I have supervised programs targeting the needs of children with special needs, managing family counselling centers and transitory home for destitute girls.

Sandeep is skilled clinical professional with over 11 years of experience providing Substance use, Mental Health and Concurrent/Dual diagnosis services. She is Registered Social Worker (RSW) with good standing membership with OCSWSSW & OASW with experience of providing Clinical assessments, Psychoeducation, Counselling, Crisis management, Case management and Group facilitation for complex and legally mandated clients. She is trained in and draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution focused and strength based therapy, Concurrent disorder certification and GAIN-Q3 MI addressing clinical complexities in individuals with concurrent disorders.
Sandeep considers herself truly passionate working with clients and their family members on substance use and mental health concerns in both individual and group settings. She has strengthened her skills and expertise through completing various certificates, trainings and workshops that have enabled her to work effectively with clients and family members to enhance their well being.

Our goal is to provide a wide range of Psychological counselling services including anger management and problem solving, stress management, parenting sessions and individual sessions.
We provide individual counselling sessions on stress management to improve overall quality of life. Our program meets court requirements, or can be taken for personal growth.
The Anger Management Program consists of eight to ten (8-10) individual counselling sessions. The program can also be completed within a shorter period of time.
The Domestic Violence Program is a psycho-educational program which help clients who display controlling, violent, and abusive behaviors towards their intimate partners.
We offer holistic and culturally and linguistically appropriate services to serve diverse communities.
